The Two-Hour Wellness Healing Session includes: - Discussion about what to expect during your session and if you have any questions or concerns - An infrared sauna (20 mins). Experience the gentle warmth and detoxifying infrared rays easing tension and promoting relaxation. - Infrared foot soak with dead sea salt and essential oils (10 mins). While sitting wrapped up in a warm robe, sipping on an elixir, you can let the infrared foot soak work its magic on your tired feet, melting away stress and leaving you feeling rejuvenated from the ground up. - Transformative power of a Crystal Healing Session. As you rest on a heated pad, and under the soft covers, and guided by the ancient wisdom of the chakras, we'll embark on a journey of energetic alignment and balance. Carefully selected crystals will be placed to harmonize and clear your energy centers. You will feel the gentle vibrations of these precious gems as they work their magic, restoring harmony to your body, mind, and spirit. - Essential oil, and a vita flex foot massage, to promote balance and relaxation. As you surrender to the healing energies, pamper yourself with a decadent essential oil and foot massage. Fragrant oils and skilled hands will melt away tension and leave you feeling utterly blissful. Wrap yourself in the comforting embrace of a heated blanket and soft covers, allowing yourself to sink deeper into relaxation as the healing energies continue to flow. This will be a wonderful way to awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating and relaxing time with crystals being a tool to help balance and clear your chakras/energy centers.
