As you rest on a heated pad, and under the soft covers, and guided by the ancient wisdom of the chakras, we'll embark on a journey of energetic alignment and balance. Carefully selected crystals will be placed to harmonize and clear your energy centers. You will feel the gentle vibrations of these precious gems as they work their magic, restoring harmony to your body, mind, and spirit.
- Essential oil, and a vita flex foot massage:
To promote balance and relaxation
